Is vibe+ legal in Australia? +

Yes. vibe+ partners with AHPRA-registered Australian doctors and Australian pharmacies staffed by registered pharmacists. Any treatment is prescription-only and prescribed only at a doctor's discretion.

What does a consult cost? +

Your first nurse consult is free. If a doctor consult is appropriate, doctor consults are $49. There's no membership lock-in. You only pay when you actually use the service.

How long does treatment take to arrive? +

If a doctor prescribes treatment, it can be dispensed by a partner Australian pharmacy. Your care team will explain the next steps and any timeframes during your consultation.

Will my regular GP know? +

Only if you want them to. We'll send a copy of your treatment plan to your usual GP at your request (we recommend it for continuity of care), but it's entirely your decision.

What if I'm not eligible? +

You won't be charged for treatment a doctor doesn't prescribe. If treatment isn't appropriate, our team will tell you up front and, where possible, point you toward the right place to get help.

How is my data handled? +

Your records are stored under the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles, on Australian-based infrastructure. Records are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
