Your first nurse consult is free. If a doctor consult is appropriate, doctor consults start at $29. There's no membership lock-in. You only pay when you actually use the service.
Most patients are reviewed within one business day. Once a prescription is issued and any required regulatory approvals are in place, the partner pharmacy typically dispatches within one to three business days. Some clinical pathways take longer. Your care team will set clear expectations during your consult.
Only if you want them to. We'll send a copy of your treatment plan to your usual GP at your request (we recommend it for continuity of care), but it's entirely your decision.
